A Web based App that will pull from the JamBase API to show you local live music shows according to the computer zip. Also it is able to search bands info as well as venues showing the tour dates time and locations and see the list of all bands coming to the venues

I take the calls and chats that customer makes to Weave and figure out what the issues are going on with their phones or software from Weave. I run tests on their network to test internet and the customers' network to help resolve issues they are seeing.

Was trained in several of the programs for Dentrix. Received and made calls to customers to help fix their programs issues and ensured customer satisfaction. Assisted the programmers to work out bugs in the programs before and during BETA testing.

Made in-home visits to patients for on-site repairs or made arrangements for further action on their equipment. Placed orders for parts on the equipment. Assisted customers with payment plans and insurance claims.
